    • What is your return policy?

Return Policy:

We at Tony Perotti® do our best to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in original wrapping. The cost of the item will be refunded to your credit card, minus the shipping cost and an 8.00 % restocking fee. Refunds may take up to one month to process.


A return number is required for returns. Please call our office to receive and RA number. Please include your packing slip, e-mail receipt, or contact information with the returned item as well as the RA number. For exchanges please include a short note with the model and color of the item you would like in exchange. We will charge or credit any difference in price for the exchange to your account.

    • What forms of payment do you except?

We accept all credit cards : American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or even Diner’s Club, you can use it on our website. We also accept payments through PayPal.

    • How do you ship?

Domestic Shipping

Most goods are warehoused in Norcross, GA, zip code 30071. Products are shipped via UPS on the same business day for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST. For items warehoused in Italy, email notification will be sent that your item will be shipped in the next 24 hours.


UPS Ground averages 1-2 business day in the Southeast, 3 days to the Midwest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast.

Back-orders and Special Orders

your item is not in stock in our US warehouse we will ship the item from Italy, at the domestic shipping rate. The expected ship date for an item coming from Italy is 5 business days.

    • Do you ship internationally?
      Yes,

International Shipping

We offer USPS Global Express Air or UPS International to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week; during busy periods, it may take up to 3 weeks. When shipping internationally, Tony Perotti is not responsible for import/customs charges accrued at delivery destination. These charges vary for every country, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

    • Do you charge my credit card when I place a pre-order?
Yes, any orders placed will be charged through either credit card or PayPal.
    • Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, orders made in Georgia (where our warehouse is located) will be charged a sales tax. The current sales tax rate for Georgia is 7%.
    • Can items be picked up locally?
No, our warehouse is closed to the public. All purchases must be made through our website or over the phone.
    • When will items ship?
Our products, if in stock, will ship same day if the order is placed before 4 PM (EST). If the item is back-ordered, we will order the item directly from Italy. Expected shipping time for the product coming from Italy is 5 business days.
    • What is embossing?
Embossing is the heat stamping of letters and/or small phrases onto a specified location of the leather item.

All Tony Perotti products can be monogrammed, up to 3 characters on briefcases and up to 6 on all other items; the monogramming is stamped into the leather in block font, uppercase letters, in addition to Letters we offer number and the number sign (example # 1 DAD).

 

We can emboss all items same day, since we do this in house.

We do offer the option of embossing your Company’s Logo or a personal logo on all Tony Perotti items. An additional fee will apply for custom dies. For more information about this option please contact us via phone or email. We normally require 3 business days for making the die and one to two days for the actual embossing.

Monogramming Terms & Conditions:

Monograms will be stamped into the leather exactly how they are typed while ordering.
There is no shipping delay on products with monogramming.
Monogrammed products are not returnable.
