All orders leave by 4:00PM eastern time, if an item is out of stock it is not on the site.
Embossing and personalizing of products does not delay orders, we do it in house and it is done same day.
If you would like to order an item that is out of stock we can have it shipped from our facility in Italy, however we will need to get back to you on the delivery time.

Hi,
I'm from Holland and firstly I wote NO by embossing. A kind co-worker send me an e-mail with the question if I ment NO of NO embossing. That was a very good question, because I love my bag with my letters embossed and and my letters aren't NO :-). So great service and really love my quality bag!

This is one of the best designed computer cases I have owed. I travel almost every week and the bag holds up great, protects the computer and looks professional. The compartments are well thought out with places for a variety of items. the large area is roomy and can hold a number of files and a laptop. I would highly recommend this bag.
